Expensive and zero service

I have ordered quite a few things on Coldwater Creek's site. I have ordered the same jacket twice. And both times, I was charged repeatedly and still have no coat. Both times I was told they were out of stock when I ordered them the same day their email came out! I gave up and ordered from LL Bean. I cannot find past orders on my login page. The way they do business is odd, and their clothes are expensive. I would instead do business elsewhere.

no longer accepting their own gift cards

Coldwater Creek is not honoring gift cards purchased from their stores. I received a gift card for $50 which they will not honor and offered me a paltry discount instead. So steal $50 from me and expect me to still patronize your business. No thanks.

Coldwater Creek is a joke

Coldwater Creek is a joke! After placing an order, it shows that both items are on backorder. It did not show this before the order was placed or I wouldn't have ordered. The expected ship date changes several times a day. Once it was shown to ship on a date that had already passed. I emailed and asked them to cancel the order. They never responded. I look again and one item shows shipped however I didn't get an email indicating this and there is no tracking number. The people on their facebook page are a joke as well. They tell you it is sad that you want to cancel your order. Very odd reaction and seems childish. I know a Hong Kong company bought them when they were having issues for like the 10th time. I will never buy from them again. I think they are best just not being a business. It is clear that the company name is tainted because they cannot stay in business for any length of time. And from looking at other reviews here and on their facebook page, it's pretty clear I am not the only one who feels this way.

Very, Very Disappointed

I can not express sufficiently my disappointment with Coldwater Creek. I have purchased work clothes and even dressy clothes from them for many years. 2 of my absolutely favorite blouses and my favorite sweater were all from Coldwater Creek. Now however, shipping doesn't happen, forget returns, they keep sending out emails and catalogs, but I can't seem to ever complete an order with them. I ordered a skirt set from them on August 15th, and now on September 14th, I do not have the skirt set nor do I have any idea when it will arrive. On the web site it stated that the set I wanted was in stock. I called after the first of September and was told it was going to be shipped on 9/5. Today I was told it might be available after the end of the month. Good grief. I'm very, very disappointed. Will never be ordering from CWC again.

I USED to love Coldwater Creek but they…

I USED to love Coldwater Creek but they have turned into a completely different, and inferior, company. I just ordered three pairs of the same pants in different colors. Promised emails never sent, then only two pair showed up with no explanation, then I had to track down how much was charged, only to find a second, pending charge hanging around on my credit card until they decide to send the third pair in a few weeks, according to the person on the phone. I think. Her English skills were very poor. I asked that the third pair NOT be sent and she SAID she canceled the order but couldn't give me any confirmation info of it. Said an email would be sent.. but it has not been. Meanwhile, the original pants are very shortwaisted so at 5'8" on a good day, I am too tall for them. That should not have happened. But they were on sale and to return them I would be charged the original shipping ($9.95) AND the return shipping as well. But CC will send me a return shipping label! Yay! NOPE. Then they will deduct another $9.95 for the return shipping from my refund. I would lose close to HALF of the cost of the pants. I'll sell them on ebay. May end up ahead but it'll take a long time. MEANWHILE other retailers and all Amazon sellers just say returns? no problem. Take them to Kohl's. Don't even need to package them up again. And they DON'T charge shipping!! Coldwater Creek will be gone again and soon with this kind of customer "service"!

Would give CWC a ZERO if I Could!

Stay Away!
My work wardrobe in the past was fro CWC so I tried again. Horrible clothing - nothing like what they used to be.
Also, they steal your money. I returned over $215 work of clothing using their return label and tracking shows they received on 8/3/22. On 8/24/22 I called asking where refund was and was told will take an additional 14 days under expedited processing - what about from 8/3 the actual day they received the merch? I called back on 9/9/22 and was told that it should hit my account within 5 business days! This bring the time out to 45 days to receive my refund from the date they receive the merch! Is this a scam or what? Holding on to our money instead of diligently refunding!

We have called or written numerous times...

We have called numerous times, written the company daily to the service customer department, and for months I am bombarded with their junk mail on my text messages. This is a work phone number and we have begged them to please stop. I have replied "stop!", just as they suggested several times, the junk mail still keeps coming, sometimes several a day. Unless you want to be bombarded with a bunch of junk mail on text, do not give them your phone number or email. Nobody in that company knows how to fix it. We've been asking the either by phone call or e mail DAILY....no one listens. No one.
Disgusted with the company. No respect for ones privacy.
Just beware....you will be bombarded with junk mail.

Returns

I, too, was happy to see CWC back in business and have made multiple orders with them. I'm finding I'm not getting a refund posted for ALL the items I'm returning when I get a refund but am having to call to have them run down my returns to ask why, weeks after they've received the items, I'm not seeing the refund on my bill. Then, after I alert them, they tell me it will take days for their department to research and, once confirmed, it will take up to 14 days to see it reflected on my bill. I'm happy with the product, but NOT their (fill in the blank - poor business practice, shorting customers...) And I've been ordering long enough that any problems with returns, overall, should be resolved. NOT HAPPY.

DON'T by their #BestCotton Tees!

I also tried them after stores closed and found quality WAY below standard. Shirts are not cheap and they SHRINK every time you wash them!

Not worth it.

After a year of purchasing from CWC, I’m done. The quality of their clothing is not worth the price. The fabric is thin and the sewing/drape is inconsistent. The colors are on a very restricted palette and if they happen to advertise a new color it’s always sold out by the time I get the catalogue. Also, the return policy is antiquated compared to other online retailers. Shipping must be paid on all returns, even if exchanging sizes and refunds take over 30 days to process.

How do I return an item when no return label or form was included? The back of the order form is blank!

A:

Hiya Jane, Give their customer service a call, the number should be in your confirmation email (don't try to find it on their website). Customer service will then send you 2 emails, one is a shipping label. Do include your orginal shipping insert (take a pic of it) with the return items highlighted along with the Return Form filled out with the SKU/Style of each item you are returning. Best of luck
